Mobility In Programming

You guys might notice something different this week.....

If you haven’t, Ill tell you- the difference is in the programming, we have added mobility!!

Since life gets busy with work, kids, school, etc. there will be least one day a week, striving for two, were there will be programmed mobility exercises to help you guys recover mid week. This will allow all of you to get some mobility time within a class! It will be tailored to the movements that week and will also be led by the coach so you guys know exactly what to do. To make it even better, in a class setting you won't have to go through the discomfort of mobilizing tight areas all by yourself. You will have your fellow crossfitters right by your side to experience the same pain. :)
