First off, I want to thank Norma for volunteering her time and energy to bring the wonderful world of yoga to our CrossFit Community. We’ve heard nothing but great things about her teaching ability and her way to really help our community with their tight muscles and flexibility. She really focused on us CrossFitters and knew how to “prescribe” the right yoga movements to keep our bodies in tip top shape!
A yoga program isn’t traditionally offered at CrossFit gyms, but we want to provide that service. To fit yoga into our CrossFit Community and to compensate Norma properly, we’ve created a plan to bring you yoga at a small, but additional fee. Yoga Class Details:
Every Monday at 7:30PM
Every 2nd and 4th Thursdays at 7:30PM
$45 per month: For our CrossFit Community (that’s you!)
$15 per class: For non-members of our community (that’s your friends)
